AUSTRALIA

Our shipping is standard flat rate $12 and express $17. 

We ship from Westbrook Queensland, Australia using Australia Post for all orders. All deliveries take place Monday - Friday during normal business hours. 

Free Shipping Terms & Conditions

Rosedale Clothing offers free standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD. The following terms and conditions apply:

  1. Eligibility:

    • The cart total must be $150 AUD or more after all discounts have been applied to qualify for free shipping.

    • If a promotional code, such as a sign-up discount (e.g., 10% off) or any other offer equal to or exceeding the value of standard shipping, is applied to your order, the free shipping offer will no longer apply.

  2. Shipping Method:

    • Free shipping applies to standard shipping only within Australia.

    • Express shipping or international shipping options do not qualify unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

  3. Automatic Application:

    • The free shipping discount will be automatically applied at checkout if your order meets the conditions.

  4. Changes to Promotion:

    • Rosedale Clothing reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.

  5. Returns & Refunds:

    • If items are returned and the order value drops below $150 after refunds, any shipping costs originally waived may be deducted from the refund amount.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

please note: Import duties, taxes and charges aren’t included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rosedale Clothing IS NOT responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Note: any damage to your items on arrival during shipping we apologize deeply for but however are not responsible for. If you have purchased your order with express post insurance is included.
