 We ship from the Darling Downs region in Queensland, Australia using Australia Post for all orders. All deliveries take place Monday - Friday during normal business hours 9am-5pm AEST.

‘Standard Shipping’ orders

Shipping method is Australia Post eParcel Regular. Delivery is expected within 5-7 business days. Excludes insurance. 

‘Express Post’ orders  

Shipping method is Australia Post eParcel Express. Delivery is expected within 3-5 business days. Includes Insurance. 

(Note: choosing express post will not guarantee that your item is "rush post service", express post means that your item will be first priority and delivered sooner rather than later)

Note: any damage to your items on arrival during shipping we apologize deeply for we are not responsible for it as we have no control over the care and handling during transit with the delivery service.

 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Currently paused

We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

please note: Import duties, taxes and charges aren’t included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rosedale Clothing IS NOT responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges on preorder items, however we may accommodate this if stock is available. Please note this cannot be guaranteed.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Where an exchange is not possible (for example, the requested size or style is unavailable), a store credit will be provided instead.

 

  • To request an exchange, please lodge a return request through your customer account on our website or contact us at info@rosedaleclothing.com.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs plus the cost of shipping the exchange item back out.
  • If an exchange is not available, we will issue a store credit.

Returns

  • We do not provide refunds for “change of mind”. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Where an exchange/replacement is not available, store credit will be provided instead and will be issued in the form of a digital gift card and do not expire.

  • Our return period is 14 days from receiving your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this timeframe.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • The following items are non-returnable:

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable software products

    • Some health and personal care items

To begin a return, please lodge a request via your customer account or contact us at info@rosedaleclothing.com. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

  • Refunds are only offered if the item is faulty or defective.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within several business days.

  • Where a refund is approved (no replacement/exchange is possible), a 4% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • This fee covers non-refundable merchant and processing costs, such as Afterpay and Website charges.

    • The balance of your refund (after the 4% deduction) will be returned to your original payment method.

If you have not received a refund after the approved timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or PayPal again.

  2. Contact your credit card company and bank (it may take time before funds are officially posted).

  3. If still unresolved, please contact us at info@rosedaleclothing.com.


Sale Items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.


Gifts

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

  • If not marked as a gift at checkout, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included.

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


Free Shipping – Terms & Conditions

Rosedale Clothing offers free standard shipping on all orders over $250 AUD.

Eligibility:

  • Cart total must be $250 AUD or more after discounts to qualify.

  • If a promotional code reduces your total below $250 free shipping will not apply.

Method:

  • Free shipping applies to standard shipping within Australia only.

  • Express or international shipping does not qualify unless otherwise stated.

Automatic Application:

  • Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout if your order qualifies.

Changes to Promotion:

  • Rosedale Clothing reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time.

Returns & Refunds:

  • If items are returned and the order value drops below $250, shipping costs originally waived may be deducted from the refund amount.
