Return Requests

Return requests are to be lodged via customer accounts. If you have any issues please contact us.

If a request cannot be lodged for a return/exchange this is either due to the following:

·       Item is pre-order

·       Item is no longer available or sold out

·       14 day return & exchange has passed

Enter the email address you use to order the items at checkout – this will automatically log you in.

 

Please read the below information before submitting a return request.

Exchanges:

    • No exchanges on preorder items or limited releases (we may accommodate if stock is available but can’t guarantee). Please read size charts carefully. 
    • Must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • If an exchange is not available, we will issue a store credit.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs plus the cost of shipping the exchange item back out. 

Returns:

    • We do not refund for change of mind – please choose carefully. This includes if you have ordered the incorrect size.
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging.
    • Lodge a request via your customer account 
    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds:

    • Only provided if an item is faulty or defective and an exchange/credit isn’t possible.
    • Refunds are not accepted if due to change of mind (e.g. incorrect size was ordered)
    • Sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping:

      • Free standard shipping on orders $250+ AUD (after discounts). 
      • If there is another promotion (e.g free item with your order or a higher value discount), free shipping offer will not be applied at checkout. 
      •  At Rosedale, we’re committed to providing fair and transparent offers. Please note that our complimentary shipping promotion is applied only when no alternative discount of greater value is used. If another discount exceeds the value of the shipping cost, the free shipping offer will not be applied at checkout.
        • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
        • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
