Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges:

    • No exchanges on preorder items or limited releases (we may accommodate if stock is available but can’t guarantee). Please read size charts carefully. 

    • Must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • If an exchange is not available, we will issue a store credit.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs plus the cost of shipping the exchange item back out. 
  • Returns:

    • We do not refund for change of mind – please choose carefully.

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging.

    • Lodge a request via your customer account or email info@rosedaleclothing.com.

    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Refunds:

    • Only provided if an item is faulty or defective and an exchange/credit isn’t possible.

    • Sale items are non-refundable.

    • Where a refund is approved (no replacement/exchange is possible), a 4% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

      • This fee covers non-refundable merchant and processing costs, such as Afterpay and Website charges.

      • The balance of your refund (after the 4% deduction) will be returned to your original payment method.

  • Shipping:

    • Free standard shipping on orders $250+ AUD (after discounts).

    • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
