No exchanges on preorder items or limited releases (we may accommodate if stock is available but can’t guarantee). Please read size charts carefully.

Must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.

If an exchange is not available, we will issue a store credit.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs plus the cost of shipping the exchange item back out.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging.

Refunds:

Only provided if an item is faulty or defective and an exchange/credit isn’t possible.

Sale items are non-refundable.

Where a refund is approved (no replacement/exchange is possible), a 4% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

This fee covers non-refundable merchant and processing costs, such as Afterpay and Website charges.

The balance of your refund (after the 4% deduction) will be returned to your original payment method.
